Membership benefits
A customized page with your name, bonsai, and optional contact information.
A unique URL that people can use to find your page
(http://www.bonsaicollector.com/yourname).
Individual pages for each bonsai -- listing species, style, age, artist, and
more.
If you are an author -- a link from your page to your books (optional).
Optional yearly updates of the images on your site and unlimited text changes.
A BonsaiCollector.com Email address: yourname@bonsaicollector.com
(optional).
Acceptance Criteria
Acceptable Bonsai must:
- be good representations of their species and bonsai style
- be presented and photographed well
Membership Fees
Introductory rate - free membership for those displaying nicely
photographed speciman-quality trees.
Image Specifications
BonsaiCollector.com can accept your bonsai images in two different
ways:
- .JPG or .GIF images via Email
.
- photographs via USPS or FedEx (a $3 scanning charge is required
per image).
Each bonsai image should arrive with the following information:
- Species (both common and botanical names will be displayed).
- Bonsai style (both English and Japanese style descriptions will
be displayed).
- Age (optional)
- Size (optional)
- Pot description (optional)
- Names of bonsai artists that styled the tree (optional)
- Awards won by this tree (optional)
- Notes (optional)
Contact Information
Each member may display as much or as little contact information
as desired. BonsaiCollector.com can use your existing Email address
or assign you a BonsaiCollector.com Email address which will redirect
Emails to your existing Email address.
